Traditionally, in the last morning of school before Christmas the headmaster takes out his keyboard, gathers as many good singers in the ranks of school staff as possible, and with the help of some of the kids they all sing carols for the whole school and pretty much anyone who passes the school by. The onlookers usually light some candles or sparklers to make the atmosphere even better.
