10:00 – 16:30 Tour round the city centre of Prague

16:30 Departure from the centre of Prague by bus

17:15 stop at the airport for the Portuguese team

19:30 Arrival in Bechyně:

-          Children accommodation and dinner in the host families;

-          Teacher accommodation in Elektra

20:30 Dinner at the restaurant “U Pichlů” for the teachers

Monday, 15th May 2017

8:00 Official welcome at school

9:00 Tour round the school + team building games

12:00 Lunch at the school canteen

13:00 Meeting with the mayor of the town, visit to the town hall

14:00 Sports and games at the school gym or the town stadium

17:00/18:00 Back to the host families

20:00 Dinner for the teachers – brewery Zvíkovské Podhradí

8:00 Meeting at school

Trip to Český Krumlov, Lipno and Hluboká nad Vltavou

Packed lunch for the children prepared by the host families; teachers – packed lunch provided by the school

18:00 Return to school, back to the host families

20:00 Dinner for the teachers – restaurant “Protivínka”

Wednesday, 17th May 2017

8:00 Guests and host children visit the first lesson of the class according to the host children’s time table

8:45 Teachers’ arrival to school

9:00 – 10:00 Theatre performance in English by The Bear Educational Theatre (Frank Novotný and the Modal Verbs) in the local cinema hall.

10:20 – 13:00 Art workshops at school; work sessions for the teachers

13:00 Lunch at the school canteen

14:00 Trip by bus to Tábor:

-          Visit to the town centre

-          Visit to the town catacombs: 1^st group at 15:00; 2^nd group at 15:15; end – about 16:15

-          Free walks and shopping

18:00 Return to school, back to the host families

20:00 Dinner for the teachers

8:00 Trip to Protivín and Orlík dam

9:00 visit in the local brewery Protivín and visit to the crocodile zoo

10:30 – 12:00 visit in the local brewery Protivín and visit to the crocodile zoo

13:00 Cruise at Orlík dam with a surprise

15:00 Return to school, back to the host families

14:00 – 16:00 lunch break at the host families

16:00 Final meeting presentations, performances, exhibitions

18:00 Dinner at the school canteen for the children and the teachers (parents will bring food); disco for the children

20:00 Back to the host families

20:00 Teachers’ farewell evening
